Since I was assigned an agent to assist me, I was fortunate to get an agent who is dedicated, polite, conscientious, and above all else very intelligent in regard to the customers concerns. The agent I am referring to is Bernice. Bernice has been completely professional and compassionate towards my situation. She listens and then she develops a plan of how to intercept and resolve the situation. Bernice is a people person in my view, and she has the ability to not only create a path to solving a client's problem but she has the ability to communicate effectively.
