Terrible customer service...they can't even return a call in a timely manner, called at 8 am on a Wednesday for a consultation, waited 2 days and no one bothered to call back...reached back out on Friday and the receptionist was rude and condescending, I had to give her all my information for the second time, when I said that they should already have it, she said that it didn't matter. She said that it was Friday and that she was tired... she was about to hang up on me , but I managed to ask her when I could expect a call back...she said she didn't know because everyone leaves at 5 on a friday... Will definitely be looking for a different firm to represent me
