I don't have words for how great full I am for these guys and I didn't even hire them. I paid a lot of money to my lawyer which I didn't have. She completely took advantage of me and was very negligent on my case. Mr peck took the time to help me understand not only what I was facing but what I could do about my slack lawyer I already paid. I wish I would have hired Mr peck before I gave my current lawyer all my money. These guys Genuinely care about people. Wish I could give them a million stars

My divorce was handled by Kristina Jarvis who was very thorough handling diverse and complex financial intricacies of my case. She recommended accounting forensics firm be used to ensure my 401k mix of pre-marital and non-marital was correctly allocated to me and this was well worth the expense and it played a key part in mediation when my ex did not do the same for her 401. Kristina was always available, offered free advice, worked on weekends to sort out last minute details I brought up. I also liked her ethics, just straight good advise within the rules

The Peck Law Firm was very helpful in supplying me with the information and advice that I needed. Very professional yet personable at the same time, I really enjoyed my experience. He took the time out of his day to advise me on a topic that I knew little about, and at the end of our conversation I felt like I had known him for years. Highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Ken Peck was my divorce lawyer for a year and he was an enormous failure. He did not solve my case, he wasted my time, was very expensive, and I had to find another lawyer. He was extremely hard to reach, it normally took 2-4 weeks of bothering his paralegal before I could schedule a call with him. He’d spend half the call (at $400 an hour) talking about military history or whatever was on his mind. When the opposing party came up with a bogus claim about a conflict of interest, Mr. Peck immediately dropped my case and did not defend me. Absolute waste of my time and money. I found a new lawyer who actually finished the job and defended me.

I’m not sure who Gary is to the firm but I had a phone consultation today and he was more concerned with telling me how long he’s been an attorney and that as a woman since I “waited so long a judge will tell me it’s too late” He never once bothered to ask if I had been through anything before. I told him I wanted help with custody and child support and he basically told me I was SOL. I won’t speak about the firm as a whole but if you schedule a consultation and Gary calls you, request someone new. Unless you’re a man, he’ll be on your side then.
