The Ooten Law Firm

Ooten law firm kept me from getting my settlement for not continually filing appeals per social security. They kept my case being refiled from a new start date. I got my disability but lost the last five years which could only go back 2 years. They should be ashamed. They did be unfairly and did not do their due diligence when I was mentally and unhealthily diagnosed with spinal stenosis which got progressively worse. I don’t recommend them for they truly do not fight for you as I found out when I spoke to social security this morning and she laid out their mistakes. Amanda Mink

After a huge mistake and misunderstanding, on my behalf, this firm was a phenomenal help! Mr. Ooten himself helped me through the process and litigation with great counseling. They do a wonderful job here and work with the clients thoroughly! They can be “pricey” people believe, but it’s hard to put a price on great counsel. 10/10 will do further business, though hoping it does not come to that! Everything turned out much better than I had hoped for.

I hired OOTEN Law to represent me and they assigned me Robert Straight as my attorney. Like an idiot I gave blood, even though sober and straight at the time, it was a mistake. I didn’t like the odds I had with alleged evidence against me. On top of that I was emotional and was beginning to feel like a number. Boy was I wrong, with my Attorneys patience and poker table attitude, he was able to get me a sweetheart of a deal considering. 2 pieces of advice, don’t give blood, ever and hire OOTEN Law!! Great job and not over priced!!

Ooten law was a great experience. Were able to accommodate my payment plan and even though I didn’t receive to many updates handled my case outcome in my favor. I do recommend them! They are a small but busy team and get it done! Matt was very personable and seems like a really good dude from our small exchange. I’d use him again if I ever was a bad boy in the future.
