Nathalie Jackson was great. She took a good amount of time over the phone to explain the process and steps. She explained my options and was completely upfront and honest with me. I ended up not using the firm, but did end up doubling the amount the insurance company originally offered me, just from the advice that Nathalie gave to me. She also followed up with me and was very pleased with my decision and happy for me. She continued to give me additional advice too. If I were to need more help, I would definitely call her first.
