I actually didn’t get to speak to her often. I got the feeling my case wasn’t important to her! I had an appointment Mon it was cancelled! I had appointment Wed. It was cancelled. I had an appointment today Thursday , and she called and said she was moving and I would have to talk and ask questions on the phone! I informed her I would not be using her as my attorney, I was getting another attorney. I requested my files, an itemized statement and refund of retainer not used. Very disappointed . I feel like I have wasted 6 months.
