I had a family member that is a disabled veteran use Bevill & Bevill as his Fidicury. They collected his VA check for over 8 years. They paid his bills and after all bills were paid, my family member still had 2,000 each month in the clear. My family member suspected foul play when Bevill & Bevill would not provide him with any bank statements and financial report. EVER in 8 yeats plus!!! They turned over $17,000 to the new Fidicury when $80,000 or more money is unaccounted for. Each time we call to ask for my family members Financials, they say we will get back with you and never do. I asked to speak to Mr. Bevill and Connie said he's not going to call you back. I have contacted legal representation and the Alabama state association to file a complaint. If I could give 0 stars I would. My son has had a fiduciary account with this law firm for about 6 months. I get turned around at the bank EVERY TIME I Try to cash his checks, either because the money isn't there or because they wrote the check out to a 4 year old... When I call this lady answers And tells me not to worry she will get a notice to someone who is over his account. No one ever calls back, no one ever fixes the issue, here it is 2 months since I've been able to cash a check for my son and I Was told yesterday (Friday) One for 2 months of benefits would be overnighted to me. Mail has ran for today and again nothing but disappointment. It is completely absurd and nothing ever gets resolved. I pray that God delivers me from this and I never have to deal with suck careless people

Thank you. Don Bevill And Connie helped me out tremendously. Every time I called they answered.... They helped me get Full custody of all 3 of my children. And being a father that is hard to do. I would recommend him any day of the week. Thanks again

He's a "take the money and run" type of guy. Couldn't even provide a simple breakdown of the use of money that I paid him. Then, he sends me a letter stating he can no longer represent me. My recommendation is, don't use him.
