Horrible. We’ve had them for 2 cases now. They’ve both taken over 2 years to settle (this isn’t the worst part because I know some cases can take a long time), but their communication is horrible. I call and leave voicemails and no answer or call back. They somehow knew we got in an accident the second time and they called us right away. Will not be working with these people again. We’ve been waiting on our checks and seems like they’ve ghosted us.
