I hired Nayeli Hernandez to prepare court documents and e file with the Court. She made several mistakes and the Court rejected the documents. In my opinion she is very inexperienced. I will not utilize her services again and do not believe other people should utilize her services. Total waste of time — rude, unhelpful, and completely missed the point. I called hoping for guidance on how to move forward with filing my legal documents quickly and efficiently — exactly what an LDA is supposed to help with. Instead, she repeatedly talked over me, offered no real explanation, and just kept telling me to “listen to my lawyer” or “hire a lawyer.” That’s the opposite of why I reached out. She clearly didn’t know much, wasn’t explaining herself well, and was extremely dismissive. If you actually need help navigating paperwork, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
