Really enjoyed working with Cherly at this office. She always made sure to get back to me, had the answers to all of my questions, and if she didn’t, she always made sure to figure it out. She was always on top reaching out to any parties involved and worked hard to make sure my case closed as quickly as she could get it done. Thank you for your hard work and time! Definitely recommend her and the office.

I completed an intake form at the request of Counselor Howe. The form took a couple hours to complete (quite time consuming) which is understandable considering that we were hoping to secure his services to draft our will and/or trust. However, when we attempted to schedule our first meeting, counselor Howe did not clearly communicate his availability. Instead of apologizing for the confusion his initial email caused, he blamed the miscommunication on us. I brought the miscommunication error to his attention and offered another meeting time, but never heard from counselor Howe again. This is unfortunate and reflects on his professionalism. We have since moved on to work with another law firm and are happy with the services we are receiving. But I wanted to leave this review to warn others

Allyson Quay handled my case in the most professional manner, and was able to successfully negotiate with the RI District Attorney for a fair outcome. She is knowledgeable, competent, compassionate and cares about her clients. I would recommend her services to anyone!
