I highly recommend Andreoni Law Firm. I have had real estate closings with Glenn, Lori and Brianna. They do everything in their power to close on time. The paperwork is accurate and the entire experience is pleasant. Great law firm!

My buyer used them as their attorney. They have been slow to respond after the sale. They forced me to pay for the water bill through them for myself and my tenant. Roughly a month later, both of the water bills haven’t been paid and are both almost past due. I’m still waiting on the checks for the taxes they withheld. Their phone seems to be disconnected today. Update in response to Andreoni: my initial review was written while I was upset. I understand that nothing is perfect, but I had to reach out multiple times for updates. My lawyers said they were trying to get ahold of your team for updates on both the water bill and the taxes and weren’t getting updates. Maybe it’s unfair to expect to get a response within a week, I’m not sure. I don’t work in your field. Maybe someone on my side

I just finished selling a property. The buyer chose this company for their title attorney. I learned, too late to do anything about it, that they do not do wires -- only paper checks. Not wanting a physical check with my entire proceeds at risk of being lost or stolen during a UPS or FedEx shipment, I was forced to spend two extra days in the area so that I could go to their office, pick up the check myself, and deposit it. Even the mortgage payoff is by check, so I'm still waiting for that to take effect; not ideal at all. If I'd known that this was a possibility, (in 2025!), I would have negotiated for the buyer to choose a company that does electronic transfers. And to respond to their comments, none of these seemingly reasonable options were presented to me when I called both attorney

Always a great experience. Have had about 15 closings here and they have never let me down. Brittany and Julie always going out of their way to help me out with any last minute problems.
