Very responsive at first with excellent customer service until you pay him! Listen to the other reviews! Keep looking for a better attorney that will get you actual results. Update. DO NOT HIRE THIS JOKER! cannot find my name.. well because he was hired by my husband. He will take your money and promise the world and will not return your calls. He has his wife call back and promise a call back after thousands of dollars given to this so called “attorney” he then threatened to sue us for calling for updates???.. glad to say we found an actual qualified attorney that knew what they were doing and not just in the industry to take people’

I don’t recommend this law firm! Spoke to his wife and she asked for me to come in to sign paperwork. I also submitted documents via email for my case. It’s been 3 years now with nothing. Called wife to get an update and nothing. Don’t waste your time with this law firm! They won’t do anything for you. Replying to your message: It’s called communication. Y’all never said NOTHING to me! So how would I signed up? You sound crazy!

Kept money from an Armed Forces member at no mercy without providing service regardless of the financial situation the client may be in. No update because there was never any progress in more than two months. It took him and his staff, who seems not that knowledgeable, an excessive amount of time to write personal information in the petition shell with several grammar errors and other discrepancies. Not to count that the hold up was to wait for significant details for an emergency submission on several matters, and none of it was mentioned. They asked for the information to be sent via mail due to being unable to open files when files work perfectly for me on three different devices with different operating systems. I called to get information on my cases, paid 100$ for a consultation. I specifically asked his assistant if they would be able to pull up my case #s and assist with helping me get my situation fixed. she said yes. When I spoke to the Hernan he was going to charge me 500$ to give me the case numbers. Waist of time and money. Clearly I wasn’t sure of what needed to be done but his assistant was confident that in the consultation he would give me at least my case #s.
