The first paralegal at this law firm who handled my case was very professional and helpful. Then I was switched to a different paralegal who seemed to not have had much experience as a paralegal. She did not seem as professional as the first paralegal. However, she was helpful to some degree and she did email me to let me know to contact the local Social Security office so that I could give them the information that Social Security needed to reinstate my benefits. In the end, I was able to get my benefits again.
