This firm handled my real estate closing in November 2019. Sully spent the entire time cracking jokes rather than paying attention to the paperwork. As a result the Deed of Trust was incorrect and was recorded incorrectly. I have spent 6 months trying to get them to correct this situation. They are completely unresponsive. I would never do business with this firm again.
