I had an awful experience with Rich Cassady. I hired him for a DUI offense and had a tuff time being able to talk directly with him once we paid him. His secretary, wife I believe, was the person that mostly was the person trying to answer my questions. I never felt the personal concern you would expect from your attorney. I will never hire him agin for anything. In my opinion, find a different attorney. I feel he is only there for the money, not the client, my opinion.

Cassidy might be a good Criminal attorney but for custody he doesn’t do a thing but tell you, you should pick better people to have kids with. How disappointing within the entire justice system! It’s an absolute joke. They couldn’t care less about the well being of any child, it’s all about the money…. Even after being paid $12,000 he did nothing and then dropped the case the day of court…. Couldn’t have asked for a better court appointed attorney that we got that day! So everything does happen for a reason.

Rich was wonderful and helped me with an ugly divorce….. highly recommend….

Mr. Cassady did great for me hired him for a custody dispute regarding my children. Was always told because I was a guy that I would never get full custody against their mother sure enough Mr. Cassady got me full custody. Even when he was super busy he never failed to keep me informed on when the next court appearance would be. I had to call him a hand full of times out of the blue and he never had a problem talking to me and answering all of my questions hopefully I’ll never need his services again but if I ever do I will call him without hesitation no matter what

I’ve been in a custody battle off and on for over 7 years and my children were in a horrible situation and Rich went OVER and beyond helping my children and myself! Without him and his representation we still wouldn’t be together he fought for us and brought us together! Beyond thankful for him and his persistence and fighting for us. Without hesitation I will forever have Rich on our side. Hands down BEST lawyer you could ask for!
