I hired Mr. Sloan in 2019 and paid him $1,000 to form an LLC for me with a specific requested timeline. Unfortunately, the LLC was never formed, and my calls were not returned. I eventually created the company myself through an online service. I previously left a review in 2019 describing this experience, but I noticed it no longer appears on this platform. This review reflects the same experience I had regarding the service, communication issues, and refund process. After that original review, I received a call offering a refund if I removed it. I had a person contact me about purchasing my land in Franklin. Since I no longer live in Franklin he chose Sloan & Vanhook to handle the contract and closing of the property sell. To be a cash deal this turned out to be the most frustrating experience I have ever had to go through for a closing. Little to no personal communication. The closing paperwork arrived on a date where I had no time to sign and return by the closing date of the contract. Their excuse was they had been busy. I think 45 days was plenty long enough for them to complete their professional duties. I found them to be very uncaring about their clients. I could never recommend this firm for any legal matter.

Grateful for the great teamwork from Sloan and Vanhook on recent closings with Dwayne Wiseman. Everything stayed on track and funded right on time. Truly appreciate the smooth, reliable partnership and excited for the next one!
