Rachel made everything so easy. She is a delight to work with. It was a very emotional time for me and Rachel was very kind and understanding. It was a pleasure doing business with her and her fees are very fair.

Rachel Spiker has taken care of many of our family's legal property related personal matters as well as serving our Home Owners Association. SHE IS TOP NOTCH ! She is extremely patient, and good listener, reasonably priced, and prompt. She brings the legal jargon down to easy to understand terms and produces legal paperwork that is clear and concise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Closed on house In record time at the beginning of July 2020. She made it easy to get the complicated tax situation of my new house sorted and easy for me to deal with. Would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

In short, the transaction was completed. But, it took 3 weeks longer than expected for a simple closing. Follow-up emails were often ignored, and the only way to get an update was to call the office directly. I didn't feel valued as a paying client. I would not patronize this business again, nor recommend it.
