Another Great Closing with Pill & Pill. They are very accommodating and help out when things change on the fly. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Years ago I thought I had engaged this outfit to handle a real estate closing for me. About a week or ten days out I called to check on status. They hadn’t done anything! Acted like they never heard of me. One of the lawyers there, surname of Pill, was extremely rude and antagonistic in true lawyer fashion, told me he had no idea what arrangements I made with his office staff, etc. I have never forgotten that. He probably has.

All the paperwork was ready when we got there. Everything went smoothly. During the post closing audit by the mortgage company, they said it's rare to have everything sent back correctly without having to fix mistakes. Professional, organized and good at what they do. Took roughly an hour and we were done.

Dave Pill and the staff are absolutely amazing to work with!! They are very flexible on their schedule which is a must with real estate! They offer ample parking & multiple closing rooms. They are also updating their office currently and I can't waitvto see it done!

Very thorough and helpful bunch of people. They have done several of our closings, our first house, a refinance, the sale of our first house, and buying our news property. Dave Pill was always very friendly and thorough, along with his staff. As Dave was going through the documents him and his staff were making copies, cutting checks, making observations, and pointing out details to make the whole process flawless. Dave even spent ten to fifteen minutes on the phone with me after the closing to clearify a few questions I had with the HOA/ covenants. I would highly recommend Pill and Pill.
