I got incarcerated September 1st 2023, a few days later,the courts appointed Priscilla Chacon to my case, Lord ,she was the worst Lawyer a person can have,she wouldn't return any emails or phone calls when my Husband reached out to her with questions. Her attitude is nasty and rude . I sit there for almost 2 years before I heard back from her,when I did it was pretty much a waste of time. She refused to file a motion for me, pretty much everything I ask her she shot down . Please read these reviews on her,she is not a good Lawyer to have on your side. And I don't need you having someone from your office coming back to say good things about you,you are a horrible Lawyer and person.

She was never prepared with her clients. Was super vague when letting you know what’s going on with the case if I heard from her at all. Witnesses and expert witnesses said she was rude and would use fowl language when they had to deal with her. I have been trying to get her to file motions from a year ago but she wouldn’t and then charged me for a trial that she knew wasn’t going to happen because of a transfer and refused to give a substantial amount of money back after it was transferred. It will take weeks if not even up to a month to hear from her. I was completely left in the dark.

Mrs.Chacon and her staff are very professional, helpful, and informative. She is worth every penny and has been a true blessing to our family in our case. If you are looking for a strong powerful representative woman Chacon is the one.
