I have had a horrible experience so far with these unproffessional law firm, which I avidly regret having hired to represemt me on my accident/personal injury case! No feedback, they never come to the phone, much less return calls!!! Jaciel who is assumedly the office manager in Eagle Pass Office, just lies, never extends courtesy of a call back, "always in meetings," so they say! Do not recommend these attorneys! They never call me back, and jaziel is always in a meeting when I call. The lady answering the calls is so rude and interrupts when I am in the middle of a sentence. Update: Every single time I call Jaziel the one supposed to handle my case is never there. He is always in a meeting or with a client or at lunch, that's fine he's busy but NEVER makes an effort to call me back! Instead he calls my mom which she has nothing to do with the case.
