Caden Brownyard is a testament to your firm before I've even spoken with anyone but Miss Jones answering the phone first and him. He moved quickly with a goal of helping, the rates were fair, his professionalism high. He had a focus on making sure I was up to speed and talked to like a human who needs his help, not a payday he had to deal with. I have spent a lot of conversations praising his abilities to all around me. Making sure if they need help they have his name and pen. I am confident recommending him and will do so as long as he practices. Anyone at the firm is likely just as worth consideration, but he is my lawyer going forward in all matters I need or he is willing to represent me in. I'll admit I'm a bit confused by the other reviews for this agency. I'm an experienced real estate trader and have worked with dozens of lawyers over the years. MacLeod & Gernt was the very worst for me, but they're quite close. Communication was very difficult and circular, with them making several major mistakes that my partner and I had to correct for them. They also overcharged us heavily, partly by making a very high initial bid, then by charging an additional $800 as the process continued for no apparent reason. If not for the determination of the other party to make the deal work, it would've fallen apart due to their incompetence.

Attorney Caden Brownyard was very professional in handling our situation. He was knowledgeable about laws involving right of way/easement challenges that we were faced with. We had a cable utility try to run a cable through our property without permission, and then wanted to charge $13,000to move it and harassed us for payment. Mr Brownyard was very quick to respond to my questions and worked very closely with me to provide them a response. The cable has now been moved and we have not received any further contact from them.
