I have met with Dale for consultations regarding a business. Dale has been great, very resourceful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I had an extremely unforeseen issue with his receptionist this morning that really took me back. I came in to pay a final consultation invoice I owed from March. Dale’s receptionist immediately told me I needed an appointment but that she would help me but needed to find my file and began looking. She wasn’t able to locate my file so I told her I had a copy of the invoice in the car and could go get it. Upon return, she grabbed the stack of papers I had carried back in (the top paper being the invoice, the others being other documents and invoices I was making rounds to pay this morning) and began looking through them. He was very nice and courteous, and I have already recommended him to several people, just as several people recommended him to me, and I'm glad they did.
