I hired Brent Warren Law to assist with an HOA dispute, specifically to send a notice of past-due payments to a unit owner. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to inaccuracies, lack of follow-through, and poor communication. 1. Incorrect Legal Information – I was told the unit owner had no mortgage, which turned out to be false. This mistake impacted the legal strategy and caused delays in properly enforcing the lien. 2. I worked with Attorney Ezepek and had a professional and excellent experience! I had Solar panels placed on my house. During a re-finance I was informed that Sun Run put a lean on my house- evidently routine procedure which they are not transparent about!! In 5 years the panels broke down and worked less than more.
