Attorney Alessandra Lopes Is my Attorney and I wouldn’t trade Her for anybody.. She is strong, dedicated, and devoted to her job. First time I met her ,, Which was by accident,, I was destined to have her as a lawyer. I didn’t understand anything about anything at the time after my injury. Now I do because of the way she explains things and she’s a pusher. She pushes you to not only solve your case and get the most for your settlement, but I feel like she understands how depressed and how traumatic this time can be and she has a gift of making you understand that everything will be OK. I was involved in an accident in November 2024, was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and suffered an injury to my left shoulder. It was a t-bone collision, and a high impact accident. So yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking to Lou deBenedictus, and I had extremely high hopes for this one. The call started out fine, but by the end, it felt borderline patronizing to me. As with other law firm reviews, I try to be honest about my experience with these firms. I really thought this time was going to be different. Life can throw curve balls at you, and sometimes you're faced with true tests. While I couldn't be happier for Mr. deBenedictus for how things have turned out for him, I feel like once again the differences between malpractice and negligence were completely overlooked. I don't claim to be a lawyer, but with the internet these days, you can research anything under the sun. Trust me, I did my homework. After this call, I was left speechless and felt just as broke
