Reservitz McCluskey Law Offices

My car accident was in 2022. I’ve had little to no contact with the lawyer from this firm, and any contact I did have was initiated by me. Anytime I call the office to get an update, I’m forwarded to voicemail with no returned call after. Even if I wanted to switch law offices to have someone else handle my case, I’m sure the deadline to do that has passed. That’s what’s most unfortunate because I would have loved someone from the firm to communicate they weren’t getting anywhere with my case so I can act accordingly. Holding my case up for years with minimal movement and no contact, then ghosting me is BEYOND unprofessional. Case is STILL pending with them.

When my sister passed away, we hired Atty Andy Reservitz to help with her estate. Trying to do it ourselves was proving too stressful and complicated. Mr. Reservitz came recommended by a family friend. Our grieving family paid $1,000 at least two months ago. Since then we have not heard one word from Mr. Reservitz despite numerous attempts to get in touch with him to find out the status of my sister’s case. He has not responded to any of our inquiries. We have no idea what is happening with my sister’s estate including her house where her son is living and will inherit. This has compounded our family’s grief and anxiety. We don’t know where to go from here except to try to figure things out ourselves. Please do not hire this attorney.
