I hired this firm after addressing prior negative feedback directly with Asaf German. While onboarding and closing day were excellent, the critical middle phase was deeply disappointing due to staff assignment. The Good: Onboarding (Chris Garrett): Exceeded expectations with proactive communication, clear timelines, and professional guidance. Closing Day: The attending attorney (not Asaf) was professional, thorough, and efficient. The Bad (Patricia Reilly - Closing Process): Service degraded significantly upon reassignment to Patricia Reilly. Major issues: No Proactive Title Review: Forced to review complex legal documents independently. When requested, response was "in a week or two." Never received the review and eventually stopped requesting. Follow-up questions met with apparent

Inefficiency and rudeness is their logo. But what's worse is dealing with paralegals who know nothing. All they care about is getting your money. Go find yourself a good, polite & competent law office. One star is way much!
