This attorney and the buyers including the agents are all a part of them scheme where they purposely will put you in a position where you will lose out on your house the buyers will move in and this attorney will make sure that you don't have to worry about your money because they will give you 80% up front and tell you that once you clear out the property you can pick up the remaining amount however this attorney she knows that as long as the owner is in the property and he sends her a email saying stop the funds from being released she will do it and this has been very impressive I believe this is strategy and not just one person because this lawyer may be good however they moving bad faith their buyers have moved bad faith there have been times for the agent assigned for the real estate
