I would not recommend David Miller as an attorney. Although my divorce proceeded as a default judgment, it still took five months to complete. Communication throughout the process was poor, as calls and messages were often not returned. My case only progressed because I continually followed up, not because of proactive action from the firm. I was also billed fees that were never properly clarified. While the divorce was eventually finalized, I never received the divorce certificate as indicated in email communication from his paralegal, Katrina. Additionally, all paperwork and related matters were not fully completed, and I ultimately had to retain another attorney to address the remaining outstanding issues.
