I had a wonderful experience with this office from start to finish. The front desk reception was incredibly welcoming and kind, which immediately put me at ease. I worked directly with Gail, and I can’t say enough about how compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable she was. She took the time to clearly explain my options, answer my questions, and offer thoughtful guidance without any pressure. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stood out during a stressful time. Even though I ultimately decided to go in a different direction, I’m very grateful for the support and respect I was shown. If you want to lose your house here's the place to go... They lie and back each other up... But one thing you can't do is beat a paper trail... My parents are 77, I was told maybe they should have paid their bills and "you didn't pay me to litigate".... There's a good reason they got where they were, had she even looked at the e mail she'd know but Mrs Donaldson did not...Just nasty, and smart ass, and had the nerve to say how much more experienced she was than her partners. 4k wasted

The efficiency of the receptionist getting messages to the necessary staff person was unmatched anywhere we've ever experienced! Oh and let me be clear, Mrs. Samantha was nothing short of an "ANGEL", God knew we would need an individual who was patient. Everything had to be done through the computer, whoa! Wait a minute, my thought was, how we gonna upload, download, attach, and send this stuff without hands on in,front of, in-person instruction? With God's leading and precise instructions, even "fools" couldn't error! Ha! With that being said, for the first time in months, since hiring bonds botes and Donaldson firm, my husband and I have been stress-free, and able to sleep the entire night for 2 nights straight!
