I give them a zero for communication they never called me even when I left messages. Each time I called they never seemed to know anything about the closing. They never gave a closing date for two weeks I asked and this was a cash closing it took over three weeks. When they finally set a date it end up being three days after . If I could give them a zero I would . They must be the only one in town so they don't have to worry about customer service.

I set up a consultation to find out information regarding how to properly settle my dad's estate after his death. The attorney we consulted with was, apparently, not the one our case required, so we were told that our information would be forwarded to the proper one. Two weeks went by and we never received a follow up call from the second attorney. As a matter of fact, it took me sending a direct email to the correct attorney to ever get a response. Upon her response, I was upset to find out that the first attorney had given us incorrect information and that we were scheduled with the wrong attorney by a "temp". Needless to say, we will seeking counsel elsewhere as it seems this firm does not have the capacity or effective communication to handle my case.

Great attorney group! Helped facilitate sale of business; gave good advice. They take time to explain things. Great with real estate closing as well!!!

Mrs. Higginbotham and the staff were very friendly, caring and helpful. She was very informative. Just an all around excellent experience. A very down to earth person with a great sense of humor.
