Daniel is hands down the best lawyer you could Ever ask for! He helped me accomplish what I needed on such a sensitive subject in 7 months than what I couldn’t do without him in almost seven years! Daniel handled my sister in laws divorce and we could not have been more impressed with his attention to detail, sense of urgency & communication. This attorney will throw you under the bus with NO conscience. Spineless, will better his own career at his clients expense with working deals because it makes him part of a attorney/Judge buddy system. Has no ethics, integrity or human decency much less respect for Justice or his Oath Of Office, his wife Donna is worse than he is. They consider themselves above the law, more important than we the clients that have given Daniel our money with a belief he's representing us for justice in Americans Court. Daniel was very helpful during an emotional time when dealing with a probate issue. Aggressive, Knowledgable and Honest. Instead of taking the retainer he attempted to settle a dispute when I was ready to write a check out of emotion. Definitely a warrior I would recommend in an unfortunate situation.
