If I could give zero stars I would. I Absolutely do not recommend Kyle Fleming for any custody-related matters. He was unprepared, unresponsive, and completely failed to advocate for my boyfriend when it mattered most. Despite repeated attempts to provide him with information and direction, he didn’t seem to know the case at all by the time court came around. Instead of standing up for his client or pushing for what was in the child’s best interest, he bullied and played scare tatics with my boyfriend into taking a deal before even walking into the courtroom bc he was unprepared. It felt rushed, careless, and completely one-sided. If you’re fighting for your rights as a parent, look elsewhere this attorney won’t fight for you. I left a short message with the receptionist and was promised a call back by end of day. Day is ending and still no call. Didn't even ask for a retainer fee and cannot even get a hold of anyone in the office now. They waste my time and I am under a deadline here. Zero stars. Do not waste your time talking to these people.

My wife and I hired Kyle to represent us as foster parents. Kyle is professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He has communicated well with us which is an attribute not easily found in many attorneys. Most importantly, he is extremely compassionate and always has our best interest at heart.
