They are sloooooow. If you're looking for kind people, then you've found the right place! They're super friendly. However, when it comes to timeliness and knowledge, they seem to be lacking in both areas. We hired them for a step-parent adoption and ours was the first one they had officially completed. It got completed in 8 months, and we're on month 4 since then waiting to receive our official new birth certificate. So it's been 12 months and we're still not done with paperwork. :(

If you've made the mistake of hiring this guy and he's ignoring all attempts to contact him for many months, I strongly urge you to do the following: 1. Spread the word by reviews on Facebook and other sites to warn others. 2. If he refuses to refund you for services not performed don't hesitate to take him to Small Claims Court. It's easy and cheap. 3. ABSOLUTELY file a complaint with the Kansas Supreme Court's Office of the Disiplinary Administrator. We are blessed to have many very fine attorneys in Pittsburg. Jason Wiske is not one of them.

Missed my court date, sent me a letter explaining he couldn’t make it a week after court. Won’t ever answer the phone, (not even the receptionist). Hands down the worst lawyer I’ve ever delt with!
