I hired this attorney to represent me in a case against my employer and my experience has been not what I thought it was going to be. The communication has been poor. calls and emails often go unanswered for long periods of time, and I rarely receive updates about the progress of my case. I been dealing with this issue for 2 years and im afraid ill have to go back to working at a factory

They are really nice but my case has been going on for years now and takes months just to get a phone call. I have been messed over by the doctors and now we are being evicted cause I can't work and this case is dragging I'm so worried it's going to be years before my case is settled just wish they could tell me more and stay in contact so I know what's going on I have suffered in pain for 4 years now I pray they can settle my case soon

Took 4 years to settle my case they asked for disability back pay vox rehab than the workmans comp doc flat lied didn't even look at me but said treated me attorney did nothing I settled for hardly nothing my case never got approved by a judge or budsmen got my check weeks ago and still haven't signed anything when I rated ms coggins a 1star she called me n said she shouldn't even help settle my case cause I rated so low so I feel like she didn't even try just because I rated them low she maid me feel like garbage and wasn't going to finish settling my case just because I rated them low just wanst right I feel really let down after 4 yrs waiting in pain and suffering
