When my dad got cancer Jonathan answered all our questions and helped get his affairs in order. Fees were reasonable, he was quick to schedule us in and get everything handled. Would 100% use him again. Seemed like a genuinely nice guy who really knows his stuff.

We used Jonathan Welch to prepare a will and some other estate planning documents recently. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional --- most of all he is patient about answering questions while presenting answers in a concise and understandable way. My paternal family hired him about a year ago to settle a family trust which involved real estate. We were very pleased with his work then as well. Mr. Welch and his staff are a pleasure to work with. His fees are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work.

I do not impress easily, as I worked for two attorneys, now retired judges, and have 2 sets of Godparents who are attorneys; however, I am EXTREMELY impressed with Attorney Welch's knowledge, professional and level of competence. Jonathan was direct when dealing with my husband and me and kept me abreast of changes and progress. He actually initiated contact and I wasn't required to run him down! An old soul in a young man, with an amazingly bright future. He is my go to for legal advice, even if he has to refer me to another. I trust him, wholeheartedly.

For Professional legal needs, he is an experienced Attorney and City Municipal Judge. He is friendly and has a good sense of humor. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.
