I sent this guy $1,500 to settle a debt with a credit card company, which he claimed he could negotiate down to around 10%. He left me a message a few weeks later stating that he sent them an email with an offer, but he hasn't received a response. After my multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact him, he sent me an email littered with False Statements, claiming that he had done everything he was paid to do and offered to return $800 if I "forever waive any and all claims now known or hereafter discovered against me and my law firm."
