Avoid working with this law firm for your real estate needs. They don't respond to client emails for over 3 days and will then complain about how busy they are. Then, they push you to do your closing at Prairie Title, which they OWN (they double dip on every deal - get paid as lawyers and as the closing agents). Not a good experience.

Handled my real estate closing perfectly. As someone who works in real estate myself, I know how hard it is to find a good firm like Pellegrini and Cristiano. Don't make the mistake of using someone else!

Would not recommend. As other reviewers have stated, they are slow to respond, take no responsibly for delays and errors, and are rude in communications. They also require you use Prairie Title who botched our closing so badly it was delayed.
