I called this law firm. And the secretary answered with I don't think this law firm can help you. I found this law firm through a referral system which states it handles deeds of gifts. And through my insurance consultations are covered. The secretary kept giving me her opinions rather than addressing the issue at hand. I needed an explanation of my deed of gift title to my house and any lawyer in real estate can do this. So I'm not sure why she couldn't answer that and kept going into tangential conversations on how I have to pay for a title search and other unsolicited advice and then asked me to call back again when I told her that I don't need all the extra services! Why the extra stuff? Don't go to this law firm because apparently instead of addressing your issue they're trying to sel

I was speaking with someone seemed to be a front desk lady, After telling her, I would like to remove myself from a commercial lease that I’m on. I don’t agree to renew it and it’s been about one year over due on renewal. She told me to call another law firm She hung up on me after I asked for her name.
