In my case the conflict of interest was soooo severe with opposing coulsil and they were trying to bully me and use their law license for revenge to lock me up for 5 days to be petty on a civil case and Cloyd got me outtt that friday after they locked me up on that monday. I received the flyer In the mail regarding a lawyer for my court date in Culpeper. I call Smith trial, lawyer and Fredericksburg to get some information. Mr. Smith was very helpful. He gave me information that I can call the courthouse to get some things taken care of on my own. If I had to choose a lawyer I would choose him.
