Kendra Robinson is phenomenal. She represented our family in the adoption of my adult stepdaughter. We live in CA and Kendra was willing to work with us over the phone and email until our court date in Boone County. The staff worked so diligently on my claim, which included federal, state and local officials in the medical and legal levels, including 5 different insurance entities, and was able to settle for a larger amount than I ever dreamed of. They also helped me with my personal will, and medical end of life documents. I got a speeding ticket. Called them to find out if there was anything that they could do for me. After texting back and forth a few times, they never called back or texted me with whether they could help me or not. It would have been fine if they couldn't, but I was disappointed that they hadn't let me know anything further. I waited too long for their call, and I guess I'll have to plead guilty. 6 points off my license, and they might take my license away. I might have time to find another attorney, but if it's a no help kinda thing, you could have told me that.
