Johnny worked with my parents, James and Shirley Flowers, most of you probably know them and everything they did for the community! They paid this man to add all their children to their property deed, he was very happy to accept their money for this service. When my parents passed on August 23, 2021 everything was in place until six months later when he represented my sibling Randy Flowers to try and remove the rest of us so he could take over all the property that rightfully belonged to all 5 of us…they both FAILED!! This attorney is not only untrustworthy he is greedy and doesn’t give a rats ass about anyone who trust him to take care of their assets. My parents would be furious if they were alive and my mom would be up there ripping him apart…but since she’s gone and I’m exactly like h

Highly disappointed in the way they treated my case. I met with Rachel Freeman Monday May 6th and reviewed my case, I paid the retainer in full. I was told I would be contacted that evening or the next day to review time sensitive information before processing. I was never contacted. I called that evening, once the next day, and one more time Wednesday May 8th. The Law office left me a voicemail explaining they were dropping my case due to unreasonable expectations. If you expect this law office to do what that say, it is apparently unreasonable. Now I am without an attorney on a time sensitive case.

Mr. Nichols is the only lawyer I personally know of that is 100% honest and won’t sell you out. I was in law enforcement 10 plus years and have seen some things happen with other attorneys that didn’t appear to be on the up and up. I’ve known of Mr.Nichols for many years and never seen any thing like that from his office. I use him for all my personal & business needs. I highly recommend him and remember he may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

The worst attorney I've ever had to deal with. Very rude and condescending. Had an attitude, and when trying to respectfully talk to him about certain details of my case that I was concerned about he would just cut me off and say "let me do my job" and "don't tell me how to do my job". Do NOT go to this attorney. He does NOT value you as a client.
