If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the most reckless, incompetent, and unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. I have extensive records of phone calls, voicemails, and emails sent through their website and directly to their attorneys—and I never received a single response. No returned calls. No replies. No accountability. Total silence. What makes this situation even more outrageous is that the account they sued me over was already with a collection agency actively negotiating through attorneys. Despite this, they still rushed to file a lawsuit against me, showing a complete disregard for due process or basic professionalism. As a direct result of their actions, my bank accounts were levied TWICE, and I was pushed to the brink of foreclosure on my home

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was under agreement with them that I’d pay back monthly. They stopped charging my account in October. No phone call or anything and they issued a wage garnishment. I called 10+ times in several days with not a single return call. Today I called and finally got someone to answer and she transferred me to my case manager, Peter. I told him I’ve been calling for days and need to know the status of my account and that something is wrong bc they issued a wage garnishment when I’ve been making my payments every month on time. This firm didn’t call me or anything to let me know they were going to do this. Peter refuses to discuss my account with me and told me I can wait to hear from management bc I “interrupted” him when I thought he was done talking.

They are terrible are far as communication, was trying to set up a payment plan once I found out they took over my Synchrony credit card debt, I've been calling since last year and left numerous voicemails, never got a call back so I gave up calling anymore. Next thing you know I'm being sued and yes they had a representative show up to court for them. Of course I lost cause it is my debt, and I still cant get in touch with them this is so unprofessional and ridiculous

Reggie Sims is useless do not speak to him!This office is extremely bad at communicating and taking payments. I called to settle a debt which was settled but they made me do send a email for consent which was not needed as I consent over the phone! He then took about 4 days to send the letter and the payment was done first on the portal which did not go through and they blamed my bank. I then called bank and they stated that it wasn’t on banks end as they approved the payment but the portal returned the money. I then called Reggie Sims back and he processed my payment over the phone and it went no where. I called 3 days after a payment over the phone was made and called him directly as soon as I told him my name he automatically put me on hold and put me on someone else’s plate who was ext

i been trying to reach someone in this group since 2 weeks ago and no one answer the phone, email or return my calls. They are a collection office and my case was already paid off and they still collecting money from my paychecks and they can even return one call to explain why they keep getting money from my employer when the case is COMPLETED
