Took nearly six months just to submit a patent application, with very limited communication or responsiveness throughout. It often felt like my case was not a priority, and I question whether the firm takes on more work than it can handle. I would caution anyone considering their services to clarify timelines and availability upfront. Edit: Unfortunately an update is required here, now, due to false statements from the owner.
