Taylor Law Office

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Taylor Law due to repeated failures in communication, follow-through, and professionalism. I followed up numerous times over an extended period via both email and phone, yet messages routinely went unanswered and calls were not returned. On the occasions when I was able to speak with someone, concerns were brushed off like they would handle it, then no meaningful updates or written confirmation were ever provided despite assurances that the matter was being handled. As a result of this lack of responsiveness and accountability, I ultimately had to retain other legal counsel to obtain a resolution. When working with a law firm, clear communication and diligence are fundamental expectations, and unfortunately, those standards were not met here.

I used Taylor Law for virtual closing on my home. It was a thoroughly disappointing and maddening experience. Their ability to communicate especially pro-actively, is non-existent. You have to ask multiple times to get any answer, even an unsatisfactory one. They use jargon like I am supposed to know what it is. The final dollar amount for my closing was incorrect. Twice! They put important paper work in the postal mail where it was lost, rather than ask if i was willing to pay for tracked delivery. Absolutely not recommended!

100% do not recommend especially if they want to do a virtual closing. I recently bought my house and the seller chose this closing attorney. Taylor Law made no effort prior to closing on my house to contact me with closing instructions or wiring instructions. A few days prior to closing I reached out regarding the wiring instructions since I haven't heard a word from them. They emailed me a confusing wiring instruction document which resulted in the bank rejecting my original wire and having to resend which therefore delayed me moving into my house by almost a week. I was told at closing that I would receive the closing documents in the next few days. A month later still no documents so I called and they finally sent out the closing documents but of course they didn't tell me the password

Good communication and genuine interest in helping the clients and agents. There was a delay with closing and they were very accomodating.
