I used Hayward as my attorney when purchasing my home. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know who I should hire to represent me. Hayward came highly recommended and the rest is history. Take your business elsewhere. Visited The office and it is unorganized, staff lack knowledge and professionalism, couldn’t answer any of our questions. Calls go unreturned!! Which is why we had to go to the office and the lawyer we spoke with was Beyond Arrogant, Condescending, Rude, and Unprofessional. I am appalled! RESPONSE: Let’s Get something clear… we did not reach out to your Law office for consultation or legal advice. Your office represented the owner of a dwelling that my mother previously resided in and you collected rent on behalf of the owner who is now deceased. Your office told my mother to now go through your office since the owner suddenly passed away!! As the law office who claimed they were now taking over the deceased tenants affairs we reached out to your office ONLY

We used this Law Firm a few years back. Recently we needed legal counsel on how to draft a letter and was willing to pay for the service. for two weeks I left messages for Hayward Taylor to return our call and he never did. I find this to be highly unprofessional and indicative of his services
