Was contracted to do some repairs on a house that C&Q were handling the closing. Money from the seller was placed in escrow to cover the work us and a few other contractors were doing. We called and sent the invoice as instructed. Weeks went by and we never got paid. We found out from the buyer that the remaining escrow money had been released back to seller and we must have been overlooked. We then called and left 3 voicemails over the course of several weeks about this issue and to date we have not gotten any communication or acknowledgement of any kind in return.
