I'll go ahead and give him a 5 star. The final results were in my favor and not so with the other guy. I would have preferred a more aggressive approach. However, I recognize that sometimes, a velvet hammer is more appropriate. I believe he was fair and honest, and his fee was reasonable as well. His office guru is the bomb, a real gem.
