Never helped with my mother’s estate..Gladly took my money but never followed through with anything.. couldn’t even get a phone call or email returned. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!

Mr. Hart has been incredible. He made the process of guardianship for our adult disabled son as easy and painless as possible. He was very thorough and answered the numerous questions we had throughout. Guardianship and the intricacies that come with it are definitely his pièce de résistance. His staff is also amazing-Brooke in particular has been an absolute angel. She fielded multiple calls with my random questions and was always so pleasant and informative. It is definitely a relief to have a competent attorney guiding and representing you through something so important. Thank you Mr. Hart and crew!!

I went in with some serious questions. Me Hart went down a rabbit trail and I didn't get my questions answered. I tried to bring him back on track a couple times. I had a friend with me that saw the same as I did. I paid a lot of money for a consultation and I didn't get the answers that I went there for. Personally I feel a bit taken and ripped off on this one.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS MY CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR 6 MONTHS AND THEY WONT SEND ME MY SETTLEMENT. Absolutely terrible. They take long handling ANYTHING!!!! They do not provide you with any information about your case, matter fact they won't even contact you back. I've been calling for MONTHS and haven't even been able to get in contact with my lawyer. On top of that, the turnover rate is bad because I've had several different people handle my case due to lawyers leaving the company. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Ross Hart has got to be one of the worst lawyers I've ever come across. It was like he didn't want to help me or fight for me he kept prolonging my dad's estate I guess so he could keep adding his fees up he is a crook in my opinion I would not use this law firm.
