Mr swain offered to take on a lot with me. Several different cases at separate times. He was patient, and was my voice when I couldn’t speak. He never questioned my innocence and was willing to go as far as I was in fighting for that. I currently live 4 hours away and he would have his office call and let me know ahead of time if I didn’t need to be there, always made sure I was aware of anything that had changed with my case, and after a very lengthy back and forth with the state and I, he was able to get my charges dismissed , disposed of and expunged.
