I retained this firm after reviewing their advertising and online materials, which indicated representation in my county. Based on that, I expected a certain level of involvement and communication. After signing a written agreement and paying a retainer, I was assigned a different attorney than the one featured in the marketing materials. I was not placed in communication with the attorney highlighted in the firm’s advertising prior to court. The written agreement referenced bond being addressed before a judge.
